return & exchanges policy
genbotanicals does everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy. our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us postmarked within 30 days from the invoice date.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
We do not require you to contact us beforehand. we require you to get a “return authorization” from us.
You have up to 30 days from the invoice date to return merchandise.
Please include a copy of your invoice in the return package, or a note with your name, address, and telephone number. We would appreciate a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. Your feedback helps us to understand the needs and concerns of our valued customers. And, assists us in developing better products.

returns by mail (domestic US)
Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your original form of payment. Once the return product has been received you will receive full credit for your purchase. If paying by credit card we will credit your account within 10 -14 days. this will show on your next statement, depending on your bank and billing cycles. If you have requested an exchange, you will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
international returns do not qualify for free returns or exchanges. orders returned directly to genbotanicals will receive a refund on merchandise only. We do not refund duties, taxes or other charges imposed by a particular country.
unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping charges.
