return / refund policy
genbotanicals does everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy. our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us. our return / refund policy includes
- you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.
- we will not ask you questions, however we do appreciate feedback
- we require you to get a “return merchandise authorization number” (RMA) from us to be accepted for a refund. just drop us an email or call us at 505.240.3856 (Any returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.)
- RMA numbers are valid for 7 days and must be postmarked for return within the 7 days of receiving the RMA.
- Product must be returned in original packaging unless the return was a result of damage or error.
- Product must not be altered and must contain 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a credit if the product is not returned in original packaging
- include a copy of your invoice in the return package
- Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your original form of payment. Once the return product has been received you will receive full credit for your purchase. If paying by credit card we will credit your account within 10 -14 days. this will show on your next statement, depending on your bank and billing cycles. If you have requested an exchange, you will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
- unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping charges.
