We believe facial care is an essential part of self-care, and want you to experience every benefit of the Desert Skincare Collection. If you are unhappy with your Desert Skincare Collection for any reason and need a return please let us know, we will work with you to make the process as simple as possible.
The complete Desert Skincare Collection is returnable within 30 days of receiving your order. When returning the products must be half (1/2), or more full of remaining formulas for refund.
Eligible returns include those purchased through the website, by email, or phone orders. A gift Collection is not returnable or refundable.
We do not refund original shipping costs with the return, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
For products damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance at debbie@genbotanicals.com. We will replace product with no additional shipping charge.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There are certain situations where refunds are not eligible. We cannot process a refund for a single product within the Collection. Nor, do we process refunds for Collection that over half (1/2) used by a customer.
All refunds are credited back to the payment method (credit card, check, personal check,) that you used for purchase. Should you have any questions or concerns about refunds, please contact debbie@genbotanicals.com
For proper blending, we allow a 2 day processing method once we receive your order. Your package is shipped on the following 3rd or 4th day. If your Collection has not left our production department and you need to cancel your order, please contact as soon as possible by email at debbie@genbotanicals.com
